Victor Sand Holmberg joins Aius Legal
Victor Sand Holmberg is an experienced antitrust practitioner based in Brussels, with a particular focus on merger control and Swedish FDI. He started his career at Mannheimer Swartling where he spent eight years before moving to Linklaters in January 2023. He also has in-house experience from SAS.
Victor is a trusted advisor in the field, with considerable experience of large or complex merger cases (e.g., European Commission cases M.9408,Assa Abloy / AGTA Record, M.11558, Bpost / Staci, M.11340 and I Squared / TDR Capital / Applus and SCA cases 361/2021, Axfood / Bergendahl and 947/2024, Strålfors / 21 Grams), high-stakes contentious work (e.g., case AT.40054, Ethanol Benchmarks, SCA dnr 726/2020, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), SCA dnr 706/2019, 248/2020, Breweries, and T-204/17, Alfa Laval Flow Equipment v. European Commission), as well as Swedish FDI work (+40 filings during the last two years).
Victor's combination of many years of experience from a leading Swedish firm, in-house experience at a major Nordic corporate and recent experience from an international magic circle practice makes him ideally suited to deliver high-quality legal services attuned to the needs of a Nordic client base.
